CNAME is not working?

Once you have requested the creation of a CNAME, we will send to you the relevant DNS Entry or TXT record which you will need to create in your environment. Our message may look as the example below:

DNS entry for img.domain123.com :
Action 1: Please create _1234f37a6c33af67cb39d194cbaf3afa.img.domain123.com CNAME  _123c91ba9001a45dd4360e060c91846a.adzxtj12svo.acm-validations.aws.
Action 2: Please add img.domain123.com CNAME token.cloudimg.io

Once we have confirmed that your CNAME has been put into production, you need to ensure:
  1. Your DNS configuration if the {token}.cloudimg.io. is set as CNAME record
  2. If you are using some proxy - if you are using any proxy, you must disable it.

As a quick test, you can browse this URL - {your token}.cloudimg.io/v7/sample.li/boat.jpg and the following image will appear:

If it does not, then contact us.
