CNAME is not working?

Once you have requested the creation of a CNAME, we will send to you the relevant DNS Entry or TXT record which you will need to create in your environment. Our message may look as the example below:

DNS entry for :
Action 1: Please create CNAME
Action 2: Please add CNAME

Once we have confirmed that your CNAME has been put into production, you need to ensure:
  1. Your DNS configuration if the {token} is set as CNAME record
  2. If you are using some proxy - if you are using any proxy, you must disable it.
