How to invite users to Filerobot?

You can invite single and multiple users to Filerobot HUB via their email address. You can also control the access level of those users.

Please follow the below steps to invite users :

1. In Filerobot HUB click on the settings/gear icon on the top right.

2. Click on "Users" under "Organisation"

3. In the Users page click on "Invite" button.

4. In the Invite users modal, you can enter one or multiple users in the Users tab. Please note to press [enter] after every email address you want to invite.

5. You can set the access level of those users in the Level dropdown.And also you can invite users either to the entire company or certain projects (tokens) in the Access checkbox.

6. Click on "Invite"

This will send an invitation mail to all the email addresses,it is also recommended to check in spam folder in the mailbox if they don't receive invitation email.
