How to login and see my open tickets in the ZenDesk Support system?

As a user, you can reach the Scaleflex Support team through the following methods:

Checking the status of your Support requests:

You can track the status of your submitted requests in the following ways:

  1. Email notifications: You will receive email updates in your inbox.

  2. Zendesk support portal: Visit https://scaleflex.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb and log in.

Login Instructions

  • Use your Cloudimage / DMO, or DAM credentials to log in.

  • If you experience login issues, click Get a new password to reset your credentials.

Once logged in, you will have access to the Zendesk Support system.

  • Cloudimage/DMO users: You can also find a history page listing all tickets submitted on behalf of your company.
