DAM gives you the advantage of exporting the information for the files located in a folder into a CSV document. This CSV document contains the file size, file CDN link, file path, file mime type, file SHA1, file UUID, create at, and updated at dates.
DAM allows you to export folder metadata to a CSV in multiple ways, depending on where you trigger the action from. All methods provide the same export options.

Select the required folder or folders.
Click Download in the top-right corner of the Hub.
Select Metadata (CSV).
-
In the pop-up window, choose one of the following options:
Selected folder
Selected folder and subfolders
All project assets
Click Download.
Method 2: From the Hub contextual menu (three dots)
Select the required folder or folders.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the Hub.
Click Download → Metadata (CSV).
-
In the pop-up window, choose one of the following options:
Selected folder
Selected folder and subfolders
All project assets
Click Download.
Method 3: From the folder contextual menu

Click the three dots next to the folder itself.
Select Download → Metadata (CSV).
-

Export files from Search results to CSV
In addition to exporting files from folders, DAM also allows you to export Search results into a CSV file.
To export search results:
Perform a search using the DAM search bar and filters.
From the search results view, open the contextual menu (three dots).
Select Export as CSV.
It will begin downloading
Important limitation:
When exporting from Search, the CSV export is limited to a maximum of 2,000 records.
