How to Invite Users to DAM

You can invite new users to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform using the Invite Users modal. Invitations can be sent individually or in bulk.

Bulk User Invitations

If you need to invite multiple users (tens or hundreds), please contact the Support team and provide a CSV file with the following information:

• Email address

• Requested user role

• Project access (global or specific projects)

Invitation Scope

When creating users, you can define their access scope:

• Company-level access: Grants access to all projects within the company.

• Project-level access: Grants access to one or multiple specific projects.

Note: Users can only invite lower-level users.

How to Invite New Users

1. Click + Invite Users (supports single or bulk invites).

2. Fill in the following details:

   • Email address

   • Profile (User level)

   • Access scope (entire company or specific projects)

3. Click Invite to issue the invitation.

Managing Pending Invitations

• Invitations that have not yet been accepted will show a Pending status.

• If an invitation remains pending, you can:

  • Resend the invite to remind the recipient.

  • Cancel and re-invite if the email address was incorrect.

• Once the invitation is accepted, the user status changes to Active.
