To pay for the Cloudimage service, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Billing Section: Log into your admin portal, go to the 'Account' section, and select the 'Billing' tab.
- Select a Payment Method: We accept payments via Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and Direct Debit. Choose your preferred method.
3. Choose a Plan: Select the plan that best suits your needs.
4. Enter Billing Information:

- For Credit Card Payments: You must enter your credit card information in the next step. We will automatically charge your card based on your billing frequency on the last day of the month (default: monthly).
- For Bank Transfer Payments: You will receive invoices via email based on your billing frequency (default: monthly). You must pay these invoices via bank transfer to the designated account (IBAN) provided.
- For SEPA Direct Debit Payments: In the next step, you will need to enter your SEPA Direct Debit details (name, email, IBAN). We will automatically charge your account based on your billing frequency on the last day of the month (default: monthly).
- Invoicing and Billing: You will be invoiced and automatically billed on the last day of every month. For annual billing, you can opt to be billed once a year and receive a discount.
