What Support Level are you providing?

At Scaleflex, we are proud of the Services we deliver to our customers (and prospects).


To ensure that we deliver a consistent quality of services, we have established different levels of Support which are described below: 


By default, all plans (STARTUP and above) receive Standard Customer Support.

Please take note of the following exceptions:

  • Customers with a "PERSONAL" plan receive Support based on the "Best efforts" principle.
  • Customers with ROCKET and ENTERPRISE plans could request Advanced and Premium Customer Support.
