Cloudimage Filerobot
Please be aware that you can view and download all your invoices from the Customer Admin Portal.
Depending on the solution you use, please follow those steps:
- Cloudimage -Login, then look for section 'ACCOUNT' and click on 'Billing' -> then go to tab "INVOICES" ( applicable for an Owner and Accountant roles):
- Filerobot - Login, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen and then click on 'Account Settings':
If you have any questions or issues, please feel free to contact our Software Engineer and mention the following details:
- Token
- Short description of the issue (including URLs, screenshot, short video if available)
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
