Where can I find the invoices for my payments?

Cloudimage Filerobot

Please be aware that you can view and download all your invoices from the Customer Admin Portal.

 

Depending on the solution you use, please follow those steps:

  • Cloudimage -Login, then look for section 'ACCOUNT' and click on 'Billing' -> then go to tab "INVOICES" ( applicable for an Owner and Accountant roles):

  • Filerobot - Login, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen and then click on 'Account Settings':

    If you have any questions or issues, please feel free to contact our Software Engineer and mention the following details:

    • Token
    • Short description of the issue (including URLs, screenshot, short video if available)
    • Steps to reproduce the issue.
