What happens if I reach my plan's CDN Traffic and Image Cache allowances (overuse)?

The plan allowances are soft limits and we will not block your service before notifying you multiple times over the course of 30-days following the first day of overuse.

We will however charge any CDN Traffic and/or Image Cache exceeding your plan's allowance as per your plan's overuse rate. To avoid any overuse charge, feel free to upgrade your plan to the next tier from your Cloudimage Admin Console or contact us to discuss Enterprise plans.

For CDN example, if you are running on a PRO plan (150 GB CDN Traffic and 70 GB Image Cache), then the overuse cost per GB is 0,50€. If you have used 200 GB of CDN Traffic and your Image Cache is 100 GB on the last day of the month, then we will charge you overuse amounting to: (200 - 150) + (100 - 70) = 80 * 0,50 = 40€.

For Cache example, if you are running on a PRO plan (150 GB CDN Traffic and 70 GB Image Cache), then the overuse cost per GB is 0,50€. If you have used 100 GB of CDN Traffic and your Image Cache is 100 GB on the last day of the month, then we will charge you overuse amounting to: (100 - 150) + (100 - 70) = 0 + 30 = 30 * 0,50 = 15€.

Please be aware that if you do not consume your monthly allowance, the remaining 'data/capacity' available will not be carried forward to the next month.
