By default, all plans (STARTUP and above) receive Standard Customer Support.
Please note the exceptions below:
- Customers with "PERSONAL" plan receive Support on the "Best efforts" principle.
- Customers with ROCKET and ENTERPRISE plans could request Advanced and Premium Customer Support.
